Lawyers for Animal Welfare (LAW), an organization that campaigns on behalf of animals, has released a guide to pit bull seizure under the Ontario Dog Owners’ Liability Act.
The guide provides a summary of the relevant legislation and outlines the options available for owners who have their dogs seized pursuant to the Act.
