Animal Justice Launches Online Library

Animal Justice Canada is pleased to announce the launch of our new online Animal Law Library, made possible with the support of the Law Foundation of Ontario.

“We are very excited about the launch of our Animal Law Library. The library was put together in response to demand for information about animal laws in Canada and to act as a free educational resource for the general public and interested stakeholders. We thank the Law Foundation of Ontario for making this project possible,” said Nicholas dePencier Wright, Executive Director of Animal Justice Canada.

The Animal Law Library is a comprehensive database of legislation, case law, and by-laws from across Canada, as well as relevant international law and secondary sources. Library users are able to freely access the database to quickly locate materials relating to all areas of Canadian animal law.

The Animal Law Library is available on the Animal Justice Canada website at: https://animaljustice.ca/library

First time users are advised to consult the ‘About this Library’ page prior to beginning their search. This page is accessible here: https://animaljustice.ca/about-this-library/

Animal Justice Canada is a Canadian Registered Charity dedicated to advancing public knowledge of animal practices and preventing the abuse and killing of animals through the enforcement of existing laws.
