The Animal Justice Action Team: A Powerful Movement Driving Change for Animals

A new chapter in Canadian animal advocacy is underway. The Animal Justice Action Team is a powerful collective of 15,000 animal advocates taking bold action to drive change for animals across Canada. Mobilizing online, on the ground, and within communities, this growing movement is influencing politics, corporate practices, media, and public opinion—demonstrating that coordinated action can create real, lasting impact.

A New Program With a Bold Mission

The Action Team was designed to turn concern for animals into meaningful, coordinated action. Whether members are seasoned activists or just starting their advocacy journey, the program provides the tools, guidance, and opportunities to make a difference. By joining, supporters become part of a national network working to build a Canada where animals are treated with compassion and protected by strong, enforceable laws.

National Leadership & Local Coordination

Led by Animal Justice’s Mobilization Manager, the Action Team is supported by Mobilization Leads who coordinate both virtual and on-the-ground actions in more than a dozen cities across Canada. This leadership structure ensures that every action—whether digital or in person—is organized, strategic, and impactful, providing members clear opportunities to contribute to campaigns that change lives.
