The Wildlife Act Commercial Activities Regulation regulates guide outfitters, licensed fur traders, taxidermists and tanners, as well as commercial transporters.
In addition, the Regulations prescribe a number of trapping offences relating to the type of trap used, as well as provide open seasons for trapping.
The enabling statute for this Regulation is the Wildlife Act, RSBC 1996, c 488.
