Compensation for Certain Birds Destroyed in British Columbia (Avian Influenza) Regulations, SOR/2004-150

The Compensation for Certain Birds Destroyed in British Columbia (Avian Influenza) Regulations prescribe formulas for determining the amount of compensation to be paid for the destruction of chickens, ducks, and geese as a result of an Avian Influenza outbreak.

The enabling statute for these Regulations is the Health of Animals Act, SC 1990, c 21
