Textile Labelling Act, RSC 1985, c T-10

The Textile Labelling Act establishes requirements for the labelling, sale, importation and advertisement of consumer textile articles. In the context of the Act, the definition of a textile fibre includes feathers, down, animal hair or fur that has been removed from animal skin.
