Sentencing of accused for committing theft under $5,000 and for breaking and entering into livestock pens and sheds and causing mischief, contrary to s 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code. The mischief alleged was the breaking into the complainant’s property and killing and decapitating of 31 geese, ducks and chickens. Following a guilty plea, the accused was sentenced to a one-year conditional sentence.
