Pound Districts Regulation, BC Reg 66/81

The Pound Districts Regulation regulates the establishment of a pound district, the capture and impoundment of livestock, as well as the sale of impounded livestock. In addition, the Regulations prescribe duties of pound keepers, including physical standards of care relating to impounded livestock.

The enabling statute for this Regulation is the Livestock Act, RSBC 1996, c 270.
