The Motor Vehicle Act Regulations regulate the maintenance and operation of various classes of motor vehicles. In regard to animals, the Regulation restricts the crossing of livestock on prescribed highways.
The enabling statute for these Regulations is the Motor Vehicle Act, RSBC 1996, c 318.
