The Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Act regulate the relationship between landlords and tenants in a manufactured home park. In regard to animals, the Act authorizes the tenancy agreement to prohibit or restrict the size, kind or number of pets a tenant may keep.
In addition, the Act authorizes imposing terms or conditions respecting the keeping of a pet on the manufactured home site. The above restrictions are still subject to the rights and restrictions under the Guide Animal Act.
