The Hunting Regulation regulates hunting generally by providing open seasons, shooting hours, hunting methods, hunting locations, bag and possession limits, instances that require mandatory reporting, as well as additional hunting restrictions.
The enabling statute for this Regulation is the Wildlife Act, RSBC 1996, c 488.
