Game Farm Act, RSBC 1996, c 168

The Game Farm Act enables the development and production of the game farming industry, which includes the captive rearing of fallow deer, bison and reindeer. Specifically, the Act establishes a licensing process for agricultural production of game, and ensures control of the type of game that can be raised for agricultural purposes.
