Forest and Range Practices Act, SBC 2002, c 69

The Forest and Range Practices Act regulates the activities permitted under forest and range licenses. The Act provides for planning, road building, logging, reforestation, and grazing. In addition, the Act aims to protect forest values, including watersheds and wildlife habitat.
