Fish Inspection Regulation, BC Reg 12/78

The Fish Inspection Regulation regulates activities concerning the handling, processing, storing, grading, packaging, marking, transporting, marketing and inspection of fish and fish products.

The enabling statute for this Regulation is the Fish Inspection Act, RSBC 1996, c 148.
