Fish Inspection Act, RSBC 1996, c 148

The Fish Inspection Act provides quality standards relating to the fish industry by providing the authority to regulate activities concerning the handling, processing, storing, grading, packaging, marking, transporting, marketing and inspection of fish and fish products.
