Designation and Exemption Regulation, BC Reg 168/90

The Designation and Exemption Regulation carves out numerous exemptions from the Wildlife Act, primarily relating to animals killed for the protection of property.

In addition, the Regulation designates species as wildlife, domestic animals, threatened and endangered species, game birds, small game, fur bearing animals, and big game for the purpose of the Act and regulations.
