Controlled Alien Species Regulation, BC Reg 94/2009

The Controlled Alien Species Regulation designates species as controlled alien species for the purposes of the Wildlife Act. The Regulation prohibits the possession, breeding and release of a prohibited species, unless authorized by permit or otherwise authorized as the operator of a zoo or an educational or research institution.
